Labor Will Keep Funding Coal in Victoria

Labor have released a "Statement on Future Uses of Brown Coal" and confirmed our worst fears - that they have no plans to stop burning dirty brown coal in Victoria any time soon.

In fact, it says Victoria has an "open for business" approach to supporting projects using coal. This is beyond a joke! We need to leave coal in the ground if we're serious about fighting climate change.

Mental Health Wellbeing Walk

The Mental Health Foundation of Australia is organising a Mental Health Wellbeing Walk as part of Mental Health Week 2017.

The 4km walk will be taking place on Sunday the 8th of October 2017 from 8.00am - 9.30am, Federation Square to the banks of the Yarra River where some refreshments and entertainment will be provided.

Metro Tunnel Update

Works are underway to support the construction of a new underground rail station at Domain.

During the July school holidays, major works will be carried out on St Kilda Road to install a new tram connection between Toorak Road West and St Kilda Road.

Avoid the area or allow extra travel time.
