Ms SANDELL (Melbourne) — My question is to the Minister for Education. Prior to the election Carlton Primary School was promised $10 million to be delivered in the first term of an Andrews government. However, the budget shows only $1 million over the life of this project. Can the minister explain this discrepancy, confirm whether $10 million will be delivered in the term of this government and explain why the $10 million figure is not shown in the budget papers, as is usual practice for capital works?
