Join Ellen and the Greens at the Coal & Gas Free Victoria rally where together we will Declare Victoria Gasfield Free.
Coal & Gas Free Victoria, together with Lock the Gate and Friends of the Earth, are organising a march from the State Library to Parliament House on Sunday 20 September at 12 noon. Join community groups, concerned citizens, Victorians from country to city, standing together to protect our land, our water and our health from unconventional gas.
Following the release of the Parliamentary Committee's interim report (on September 1), the community is coming together to make it clear to decision-makers: Victorians say no to unconventional gas.
By declaring Victoria gasfield-free, we'll be sending a strong message to the Andrews Labor Government that we need a permanent ban on this toxic industry.
