In iso? Let's spread some hope!
A global trend has taken off spreading colour and hope during a difficult time – and you can be part of it.
It’s a really weird and difficult time. But it’s in times like these that we often see some of the best aspects of humanity shine through.
Around the world, kids (and adults) are putting colourful rainbows in their windows to brighten the day of neighbours and passersby.
Let’s get Melbourne in on the act! I’ve made some rainbow and Easter-themed posters you can print, colour in and pop in your window. Download yours here.
The trend started in Italy and has made its way around the world. You might have already seen some around your streets.
I’d love to see more of these popping up in Melbourne suburbs to continue to spread joy.
I’ve made a poster that you can download, print, colour in and pop in your window. Download your rainbow here.
I know that it’s a really difficult time, and if you are staying positive, I salute you. If you are just taking it day by day, I feel you. And if you are really struggling, I’m here for you - my office is always here to help. (Just hit reply to this email to get in touch with us.)
A bit of colour in our windows may seem simple, but for me it has been a powerful reminder that we are all connected, and we will get through this together.
Bonus: Wildlife masks! If you have kids and (like me) are thrilled at any fun activities to keep them busy, I’ve also included a link to some cute native animal masks that can be coloured in and made at home with a bit of string or ribbon. Click here to download them too!
